أثر العوامل البيئية على قرار الشراء في ظل ظروف عدم الاستقرار من وجهة نظر المستهلكين عينة من المستهلكين بولاية غرداية
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير ظروف عدم استقرار على قرار الشراء لدى المستهلك النهائي في ظل 3102 وذلك من وجهة نظر المستهلكين، حيث - ظروف عدم الاستقرار التي عرفتها ولاية غرداية سنتي 3102 شملت الدراسة عينة متكونة من 97 فردا، واستخدم فيها لأجل اختبار الفرضيات أداة الاستبيان. وقد توصلت إلى نتائج أهمها وجود تأثير بصفة متوسطة للعوامل البيئية في ظل ظروف عدم الاستقرار على مختلف مراحل اتخاذ قرار الشراء، ووجود علاقة تأثير متوسطة للجماعات المرجعية على قرار الشراء.This study aims to find out how far the conditions of instability effect the purchase decision, related to the events that occurred in Ghardaia in -3102 3102.where 79 included the studied sample from the same town in order to address the subject and choose its hypothesis. This study aimed at identifying the extent of the emergency change under conditions of instability on the decision of purchase. which is among other environmental factors affecting the consumer behavior in general, and especially Ghardaia consumers during the last events. Moreover, this study aimed to reveal the relationship between the conditions of instability and the purchasing decision, and to highlight the factor of the reference groups in influencing the behavior of the consumer
