استشراف مسار تدفقات الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة الوافدة إلى الاقتصاد الجزائري -إطار عمل نماذج الاستيفاء الداخلي للفترة (1970-2017) ((prediction The Flows Of Foreign Direct Investment Into The Algerian Economy Using Internal Interpolation Models In The Period (1970-2017)

Résumé: الملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الاتجاه الذي تتطور به تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي الوافدة إلى الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (2017-1970)، حيث نستعرض معالجة إحصائية للبيانات المتاحة باستخدام نماذج الاستيفاء الداخلي، وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي. نتائج التحليل الاقتصادي والقياسي تشير إلى أن تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي الوافدة إلى الاقتصاد الجزائري تشهد سلوكا متذبذبا ويؤول على المستوى المنظور إلى التباطؤ في حركة الاستثمارات الأجنبية الوافدة الى الجزائر. على هذا الأساس توصي الدراسة بضرورة البحث عن الآليات اللازمة لتشجيع وجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، والاتجاه بها نحو تفعيل دورها في تمويل متطلبات التنمية في الجزائر، والمحافظة على مسار متزايد لها، ولن يكون ذلك إلا بتهيئة المناخ الاستثماري المحفز. Abstract: This study seeks to reveal the trend in the inflows of foreign investment into the Algerian economy during 1970-2017. We review the statistical analysis of the available data using internal interpolation models. To this end, the extrapolation method was used. The results of economic and econometric analysis indicate that inflows of foreign investment into the Algerian economy are fluctuating and at the foreseeable level are likely to slow down the movement of foreign investments into Algeria. On this basis, the study recommends the need to find the necessary mechanisms to encourage and attract foreign direct investment and to activate its role in financing the development needs of Algeria and to maintain an increasing path for it.
