تحليل الأداء التنافسي للصادرات الجزائرية باستخدام مؤشر الميزة النسبية الظاهرة للفترة من 2005 إلى 2019

Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع قياس الأداء التنافسي للصادرات الجزائرية معتمدين في ذلك على مؤشر الميزة النسبية الظاهرة (Revealed Comparative Advantage) RCA للفترة من 2005 إلى 2019. وتوصلنا من خلال هذا البحث الى أن الجزائر لا تملك ميزة نسبية في الأسواق العالمية إلا في عدد قليل من المنتجات التي لا تتعدى 6 منتجات من بينها المنتجات البترولية. وهذا ما يفسر تميز الصادرات الجزائرية بالأحادية كون المحروقات تمثل حصة الأسد من اجمالي الصادرات الجزائرية التي تجاوزت حدود 90%. لهذا وجب على السلطات الجزائرية اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للنهوض بالصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات وايجاد الحلول اللازمة لجعلها ذات ميزة تنافسية تستطيع من خلالها المنافسة في الأسواق العالمية. Abstract This research deals with the issue of measuring the competitive performance of Algerian exports relying on the revealed comparative advantage index RCA for the period from 2005 to 2019. Through this research, we concluded that Algeria does not have a comparative advantage in global markets except in a small number of products which did not exceed 6 products, among them the petroleum products. This explains the distinction of Algeria as a mono exporter, since hydrocarbons represent the lion’s share of total Algerian exports, exceeding the limits of 90%. This is why the Algerian authorities should take the necessary measures to promote the Algerian exports outside the hydrocarbon sector and find the necessary solutions to make these exports have a competitive advantage through which they can compete in global markets.
