Résumé: هدفت الدراسة لإدارة حوادث العمل في ضوء المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال دراسة حالة بمؤسسة غرداية . ALFA PIPE ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وللإجابة على الإشكال المطروح قمنا بتطبيق استبيان ثم إعداده خصيصا لذلك على عينة عدد أفرادا 58 عامل، وبعد عرض ومناقشة توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج تمثلت في: - يوجد رضا لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة حول نظام تعويض حوادث العمل في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. - يوجد ممارسة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتما عية تعزي إلى متغير العمر . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية تعزي إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة تعزي إلى متغ ير الخبرة المهنية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة تعزي إلى متغير الحالة العائلية وبالتالي تم نفي الفرضية الرابعةThe study in the field of investment in light of social responsibility aimed at a case study in the ALFA PIPE group, Ghardaia.
