أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي على أداء البنوك التجارية (دراسة حالة البنوك التجارية لولايتي البيض وتيارت)

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدرسة إلى التعريف بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتأثير الذي يلعبه في المجال المالي، وما يمكن أن يحققه للبنوك التجارية من خلال تحسين أدائها مما يؤدي إلى زيادة ربحيتها ،حيث تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في البنوك التجارية في ولايتي البيض وتيارت، وتم توزيع استبيان على موظفي البنوك وبلغت عينة الدراسة 100 موظف، وتم استعانة بكل من برنامج spss v23و amos v23 لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة ومناقشتها باستعمال نمذجة المعدلات الهيكلية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية للذكاء الاصطناعي على أداء البنوك التجارية. الكلمات المفتاحية: ذكاء اصطناعي، أداء، بنوك تجارية، نمذجة معدلات هيكلية. Abstract: This study aims to introduce artificial intelligence and explain the role it plays in the financial field in general and in commercial banks in particular, as it helps to improve their performance and increase their profitability. This study was conducted in commercial banks in the states of El-Bayadh and Tiaret. where A questionnaire was distributed to 100 employees. Structural equations modeling was used to test and discuss the study's hypotheses using Spss v23 and amos v23 programs. The study concluded that artificial intelligence has a significant impact on the performance of commercial banks.
