أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي على جودة الخدمات المصرفية (دراسة حالة البنوك التجارية ولايتي البيض/تيارت)

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة ما هو الذكاء الاصطناعي والدور الذي يلعبه في مجال القطاع المصرفي وما يمكن تحقيقه به،حيث تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في البنوك التجارية في ولايتي البيض وتيارت، وتم توزيع استبيان على موظفي البنوك وبلغت عينة الدراسة 100 موظف، وتم استعانة بكل من برنامج spss v23و amos v23 لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة ومناقشتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية للذكاء الاصطناعي على جودة الخدمة المصرفية بأبعادها ( بعد الملموسية، بعد الإستجابة، بعد الأمان، بعد الإعتمادية)، كما أوصت الدراسة بالاستفادة من التجارب العالمية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي من أجل تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية. الكلمات المفتاحية: ذكاء اصطناعي،جودة خدمة مصرفية،جودة،بنوك تجارية،نمذجة معدلات هيكلية. تصنيف JEL: L86، G21 Abstract: The study aimed to identify artificial intelligence and show the role it plays in the banking sector. In order to achieve this goal a questionnaire was distributed to 100 employees in commercial banks in the states of El Bayadh and Tiaret. In order t to test and discuss the hypotheses, we relied on Confirmatory factor analysis. using Amos v23 and SPSS V25 program. The study found a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a significant impact of artificial intelligence on the quality of banking services in its dimensions (tangibility, responsiveness, safety, reliability).
