Résumé: This research, entitled" personal semiotics in the novel the warm house" by khawla al qazwini, studies the personality, which is consider the most important element within the novel by which the events are built within the narrative body as the narrative body as the backbone on which all novels are based. and we have tried through research to reveal what personality is which we studied form the point of view of semiotics, as well as touched on the types and dimensions. In the study of the research, we touched on two chapters preceded by an introduction that contains the concepts of semiotics and personality and the first chapter is entitled" building the character in the warm house novel”,in which it includes types dimensions and the chemistry of the characters. the second chapter it is tagged with “ the network of characters and their frequency”. The writer was also keen to translate reality with all its cruelty, oppression, and suffering , by vitue of the fact that the events were from human reality the fictional character is one of the important literary elements, so a novel cannot be built without characters
