Résumé: تعتبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على نطاق واسع جزءا حيويا من إدارة المعرفة، حيث توفر وسيلة لتبادل المعرفة. ومع ذلك لا يعد كافيا مع ظهور المجتمع الشبكي. في هذا البحث، نهدف إلى اثبات أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، قادرة بشكل مثالي على تعزيز التفاعلات الاجتماعية من خلال التواصل بين الأفراد في مجتمع الشبكة، ما يسمح بتشكيل رأس مال اجتماعي، الذي يسهم بتحفيز تبادل المعرفة. كنتيجة للبحث في الانتاج العلمي المتعلق بتبادل المعرفة في سياق الشبكات التنظيمية وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أوضحنا أن اتصال الأفراد بوساطة أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات يشكل رأسمال اجتماعي في المؤسسات الشبكية، الذي يعزز بدوره شعور الثقة الذي يتولد بين أعضاء الفريق للاستجابة لتبادل المعرفة الداخلية والخارجية. Information and Communication Technology is widely considered as a vital part of Knowledge Management, providing a means for knowledge sharing. However, it is not enough with the emergence of a network society. In this research, we aim to demonstrate that ICT is ideally capable of enhancing social stimulates knowledge sharing.
