السياسة السوسيو إقتصادية بشرق إفريقيا في ظل الإستعمار - البريطاني 1890 - 1963 م " كينيا وأوغندا أنموذجا
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن جوانب السياسة الإستعمارية البريطانية بكنيا وأوغندا في الفترة ما بين 1890-1963م، بدءً من معاهدة هيلوغولاند بين بريطانيا وألمانيا التي منحت بموجبها السيطرة البريطانية على المنطقتين بشكل مباشر، وقد مارست بريطانيا خلال هذه الفترة سياستها الاستعمارية في المستعمرتين التي أثّرت بشكل كبير على السكان، خاصة في الجانب السوسيو-إقتصادي، فقد شهد هذا الأخير تغيُّرا كبيرا، فعلى المستوى الاقتصادي أصبح مرتبطا إقتصاد المستعمرتين بالإقتصاد البريطاني، كما أنّ الإنتاج الزراعي إقتصر على المحاصيل النقدية، أما الجانب الإجتماعي فقد تأثَّرت التركيبة السكانية فيها بعد تشجيع بريطانيا للهجرة الأوروبية والآسيوية للمستعمرتين، وما تجدر الإشارة إليه، أن الإستعمار البريطاني مارس سياستين مختلفين في حكم المستعمرتين، ففي كينيا مُورس الحكم المباشر والإستيطاني بسيطرة الأقلية البيضاء في جميع النواحي، أما أوغندا فقد مارست بريطانيا فيها الحكم غير المباشر الإستغلالي. This study aims to reveal aspects of British colonial policy in Kenya and Uganda in the period between 1890 and 1963 AD, starting with the Helogoland Treaty between Britain and Germany, according to which British control over the two regions was granted directly. During this period, Britain practiced its colonial policy in the two colonies, which greatly affected It had a significant impact on the population, especially on the socio-economic side, as the latter witnessed a major change. On the economic level, the two colonies’ economies became linked to the British economy, and agricultural production was limited to cash crops. As for the social aspect, the population structure was affected after Britain encouraged European and Asian immigration to the two colonies. What is worth noting is that British colonialism practiced two different policies in governing the two colonies. In Kenya, direct and colonial rule was practiced under the control of the white minority in all areas, while in Uganda, Britain practiced exploitative indirect rule.
