الحرائق الغابية في شعبة عنابة خلال الفترة الاستعمارية –حرائق 1890 م في دائرة قالمة أنموذجا

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال العلمي الى تتبع السياسة الفرنسية اتجاه الثروة الغابية في شعبة عنابة خلال الفترة الاستعمارية و تحديدا دائرة قالمة التي تحوز مساحات واسعة من الغطاء الغابي الكثيف و المتنوع الذي تعرض للاستغلال الاستعماري بانتزاع ملكيات واسعة منه بعد تطبيق قوانين نزع الملكية كما نسعى لرصد أهم الحرائق الغابية خلال سنة 1890 وما ترتب عنها من اثار على السكان نتيجة تحميلهم مسؤولية الحرائق بتسليط العقوبات المختلفة كالتغريم و السجن وحصر المناطق الرعوية و غيرها التي تنتهي بسلب الاقاليم الغابية و حرمان الجزائريين من مصدر عيشهم الاول وهذا انطلاقا من تحليل الوثائق الأرشيفية المتعلقة بالحرائق الغابية في دائرة قالمة خلال سنة 1890 م المحفوظة في أرشيف أكس أون بروفنس بفرنسا. This scientific article aims to trace the French policy towards the forest wealth in the Annaba division during the colonial period, specifically the Guelma arrondissement. Which has large areas of dense and diverse forest cover that has been subjected to colonial exploitation by expropriating large areas of forestland after the application of expropriation laws.We also seek to monitor the most important forest fires during the year 1890 and their effects on the population because of holding them responsible for the fires. Foremost among them is the imposition of various penalties such as fines, imprisonment, confinement of pastoral areas and others, which end with the dispossession of forest regions and depriving Algerians of their first source of livelihood. This is based on the analysis of archival documents related to forest fires in the arrondissement of Guelma during the year 1890 AD preserved in the archives of Aix-en-Provence in France.
