Résumé: The objective of this study is to know the relation between the emotional intelligence and ways to deal with psychological stress for nurse in the nursery. It aims also to measure the differences in social state the morphology of the emotional intelligence besides difference in ways in which they consider psychological stress according to the emotional intelligence. The study is applied on a selected the emotional intelligence questionnaire of djamila .Ben Amour 2016 and the standards methods to consider psychological stress of Djalab Mohamed 2018 were applied. A descriptive approach was adopted because it is adequate to the study However the statistic processing was used by use of statistic program for statistic science version 20 The study comes to the conclusion that 1-there is no direct relation beret and the way to consider stress for nurses. 2-the emotional intelligence level foe the nurses is medium 3-the equality in emotional intelligence level is due to the social states. 4-the equality in the emotional intelligence is due to the educational program. 5-tlevel he way to consider stress differs according to the emotional-hight-medium-weak. This study is concluded by a general conclusion –s suggestions references and annex are also mentioned. .
