Résumé: إنّ الاختراعات جد هامة على مختلف الأصعدة، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجية، وحتى تكون ذات قيمة وفائدة، ويستفيد صاحبها من استغلالها وإمكانية التصرف فيها، والاستفادة من الحماية القانونية، تشترط كل التشريعات شروطا للحصول على البراءة مع وجود اختلافات في بعض الجزئيات. والمشرع الجزائري نص على هذه الشروط في الأمر رقم 03-07 المتضمن براءة الاختراع. Inventions are very important at various levels; economic, social and technological. Useful and profitable to the owner of the holding and the possibility of disposition, and enjoy the legal protection requires that all legislation conditions; to obtain the patent. Algerian legislator stipulated these conditions in Ordinance No. 03-07 containing the patent of invention.
