أسباب التسرب المدرسي عند المتعلمين وطرق علاجه Causes Of School Dropout In Learners And Methods Of Treatment

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف وتشخيص ظاهرة أحد أبرز المشكلات الراهنة التي تظهر في معظم الدول وتتعاظم في الدول النامية. ألا وهي أسباب التسرب المدرسي عند المتعلمين وطرق علاجه. لذلك حاولنا قدر الإمكان البحث عن هذه الأسباب، فالأسرة لها دور هام في توجيه سلوك الأبناء ومساعدتهم على اكتساب العادات الحميدة التي تقوي الخلق والانضباط، والحد من ظاهرة التسرب كما أن هناك أيضا دور للمعلم ودور للمتعلم نفسه. ومن خلال البحث تبين أن أسباب التسرب تعود إلى المتعلم نفسه، والأسرة، والمدرسة، والمجتمع الذي يعيش فيه المتعلم. وأي علاج لظاهرة التسرب يتعين أن نأخذ جميع هذه الأسباب بعين الاعتبار. This research aims to identify and diagnose the phenomenon of one of the most prominent current problems that appear in most countries and growing in developing countries. Namely, the reasons for dropping out of school and the methods of treatment. The family has an important role in guiding the children's behavior and helping them to acquire good habits that strengthen the Creator and discipline, and reduce the phenomenon of leakage. There is also a role for the teacher and the role of the learner himself.The research found that the reasons for the dropout are due to the learner himself, the family, the school, and the society in which the learner lives. Any treatment of the leakage phenomenon should be taken into account.
