دور الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الغذائية في دعم الاقتصاد الجزائري

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إبراز دور الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الغذائية في دعم الاقتصاد الجزائري وذلك من خلال تحليل واقع هذه الصناعات وبيان مساهمتها في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والقيمة المضافة. كما تهدف أيضا إلى ابراز المشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجهها وآفاق نموها وذلك من أجل تعزيز مكانتها داخل الاقتصاد الجزائري. لكن من خلال تحليلنا لواقع هذه الصناعات لاحظنا بأن مساهمتها في دعم الاقتصاد الجزائري لا تزال ضعيفة خصوصا بالنسبة للقطاع العام الذي تكاد تكون مساهمته شبه منعدمة، عكس القطاع الخاص الذي سجل معدلات مساهمة متزايدة في الاقتصاد الوطني لكنها تبقى بعيدة عن مستوى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي والنمو الاقتصادي. This study aims to highlight the role of small and medium food industries in supporting the Algerian economy through analyzing the current situation of these industries and indicating their contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP) and added value. It also aims to highlight the problems and obstacles facing these industries and their growth prospects in enhance their position within the Algerian economy. However, through our analysis of the current situation of these industries, we have noticed that their contribution to supporting the Algerian economy is still weak, especially for the public sector, whose contribution is almost negligible, unlike the private sector which has recorded increasing contribution rates to the national economy, but it still far from achieving food security and economic growth.
