Résumé: Stature were looking up strategic importance of small and medium-level developed economies and the economies of the leading in the field experiment the development of these countries, corporations, through their positive contribution determined by a lot of important economic indicators, such as providing jobs and increasing GDP and promotion of national exports. Through this strategic importance constitutes banks and bodies interesting financed small and medium enterprises is one area that represents a fertile area to raise their competitiveness and increase their profitability in light of variables global economy, and this is the fact that the system of small and medium enterprises represent most of the textile institutionalized for most of the countries in terms of number and presence in many sectors economic, which will enable banks and financial institutions to achieve its objectives and maintain their durability. The banks and the success of the bodies in their relationship with small and medium-sized enterprises requires the availability of material means and human resources to make the small and medium enterprises a major strategic customers with industry and the most important of these national agencies and bodies to develop investment ANDI.
