Cryptocurrency Industry In The Balance Of Islamic Jurisprudence And Prospects For Creating Islamic Digital Currencies (a Proposed Model)

Résumé: This research aims to study the sharia view of virtual currencies, especially Bitcoin, and the prospects for creating Islamic digital currencies, using the descriptive and analytical approach. Where the study of the fundamentals of the cryptocurrency, the availability of conditions and functions of money in it, and reviewing the arguments of supporters and opponents to dealing with it. It has been concluded that cryptocurrencies have many problems, especially with regard to the issue of decentralization and intrinsic value, so virtual currencies can be modified to conform to the provisions of Islamic Sharia, and a model for dealing with the Islamic digital currency in the field of Islamic finance has also been proposed to increase its efficiency and facilitate its transactions and increase its transparency. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة النظرة الشرعية للعملات الافتراضية، خاصة البيتكوين، وآفاق إنشاء عملات رقمية إسلامية، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. حيث تمت دراسة أساسيات العملة المشفرة، ومدى توفر شروط ووظائف النقود فيها، واستعراض حجج المؤيدين والمعارضين للتعامل بها. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن العملات المشفرة تكتنفها العديد من المشاكل، خاصة ما تعلق بقضيتي اللامركزية والقيمة الذاتية، لذا يمكن تعديل العملات الافتراضية لتتوافق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية. كما تم اقتراح نموذج للتعامل بالعملة الرقمية الإسلامية في مجال التمويل الإسلامي لزيادة كفاءته وتسهيل معاملاته وزيادة شفافيته.
