Résumé: الملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل في أداء الخدمة الصحية بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية بالبوني بعنابة. ولتحقيق هذه الغاية تم استطلاع آراء عينة عشوائية من السلك الطبي والشبه طبي قدرت بــ (61) مبحوثا. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لضغوط العمل ولجميع الأبعاد المتمثلة في طبيعة مهام العمل، ظروف العمل المادية، ظروف العمل الاجتماعية والعوامل التنظيمية في أداء الخدمة الصحية. من أهم إقتراحات الدراسة ضرورة التخفيف من ضغوط العمل للتمكن من تقديم خدمة صحية جيدة. Abstract The study aims to identify the impact of work stress on the health service at the Hospital Institution in Al-Bouni - Annaba. To achieve this target, the opinions of a random sample of the medical and paramedical staff were surveyed, estimated at (61) respondents. One of the most important results of the study was the presence of a statistically significant impact of work stress and for all dimensions represented in the nature of work tasks, physical work conditions, social work conditions and organizational factors in the performance of the health service. One of the most important suggestions of the study is the need to reduce work stress in order to be able to provide a good health service
