Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل على جودة الخدمات الصحية خلال جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الطاقم الشبه طبي بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية يوسف دمرجي بولاية تيارت، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة وزعت استمارة استبيان على 52 ممرض بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، واستخدم برنامج spss للتحليل و إختبار الفرضيات .وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: مستوى ضغوط العمل بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة مرتفع، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لضغوط العمل بأبعاده (عبء العمل، غموض الدور، صراع الدور، البيئة المادية)على جودة الخدمات الصحية خلال جائحة كورونا بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية يوسف دمرجي لولاية تيارت. This study aims to identify the impact of work stress on the quality of health services during the Corona pandemic; view point of paramedical staff in the public hospital institution Youssef Damerji at Tiaret province. To achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire is distributed to 52 nurses in the institution under study, and SPSS software is used for analysis and testing. The study reached a set of results, the most important one is: the level of work stress in the studied institution is high, and there is a statistically significant effect of work stress in its dimensions (workload, role ambiguity, role conflict, physical environment) on the quality of health services during the Corona pandemic in the public hospital institution Youssef Damerji, Tiaret
