أثر التسويق الإلكتروني على تحسين أداء المصارف الإسلامية الجزائرية -دراسة ميدانية على المصارف الإسلامية بولايتي عنابة والجزائر العاصمة
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر التسويق الإلكتروني في تحسين أداء المصارف الإسلامية الجزائرية، حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة على الموظفين الإداريين بمصرفي البركة والسلام بولايتي عنابة والجزائر العاصمة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في 70 استبانة. وقد أظهرت الدراسة وجود أثر قوي للتسويق الإلكتروني على تحسين أداء المصارف الإسلامية الجزائرية، وتمثلت أهم التوصيات في ضرورة إيجاد حلول سريعة للمشاكل التي يعاني منها العملاء مع قنوات التسويق الإلكتروني بالمصارف الإسلامية قيد الدراسة لضمان تسويق خدماتها بشكل مستمر. This study aimed to identify the impact of e-marketing on improving the performance of Islamic banks in Algeria, where this study was applied to the administrative staff of Al Baraka and Al Salam banks in the states of Annaba and Algiers, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was designed and distributed to the sample of the study represented by 70 questionnaires. The study showed a strong impact of emarketing on improving the performance of Islamic banks in Algeria, and the most important recommendations were the need to find quick solutions to the problems faced by customers with the emarketing channels of the Islamic banks under study to ensure the marketing of their services on an ongoing basis.
