Résumé: In light of the recent developments and the pursuit of higher education development, this study came to broadly identify the reality of e-learning at the KasdiMerbah University of Ouargla, and the descriptive survey method was used to study the subject. It was also relied on the field study and data collection through the questionnaire and its statistical treatment by the statistical program spss version 23, where the research sample amounted to 50 individuals, including professors at the University of KasdiMerbah, Ouargla, The study concluded by identifying the most interested uses of e-learning by professors, which is the electronic publishing process. The Moodle platform and social networking sites are among the most widely used e-learning tools by professors at the University of KasdiMerbah, Ouargla. E-learning at the KasdiMerbah University of Ouargla has increased interaction and communication between professors and students.
