أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري على تميز الأداء

Résumé: إن النظرة المعاصرة للمؤسسات قد أولت أهمية واسعة النطاق لمفهوم الاستثمار في رأس مال الفكري باعتبار هذا الأخير المورد الأساسي للمؤسسة الذي يبقيها في السباق نحو الريادة والتميز، لذلك هدفت دراستنا إلى دراسة أثر استثمار في رأس مال الفكري على التميز في الأداء لدى مجموعة متنوعة من المؤسسات الجزائرية وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالأبعاد التالية: رأس مال البشري، رأس مال التنظيمي، رأس مال الزبوني، من خلال دراسة ستة وتسعون 96 استبانة، وقد تم استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي Spss لاختبار الفرضيات بالاستعانة بمجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية أخرى، وقد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي يمكن أن تساهم في تطوير عملية الاستثمار في رأس مال الفكري بما يؤدي الى تحقيق الأداء المتميز لدى المؤسسات الكلمات المفتاح : الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري؛ الأداء المؤسسي؛ التميز في الأداء. تصنيف JEL : M12 ؛ M54 ؛ L84 Abstract: The contemporary view of institutions places great importance on the concept of investing in intellectual capital, the latter being the main resource of the institution that keeps it in the race for leadership and excellence. Our study aims to study the impact of investment in intellectual capital on the performance excellence of various Algerian institutions, in particular with regard to the following dimensions: human capital, organizational capital, client capital, and this through a survey of 96 questionnaires, the SPSS statistical program was used to test hypotheses, in addition to a range of other statistical methods. We have achieved a set of results that can contribute to the development of the investment process in intellectual capital leading to an exceptional performance of institutions.
