Résumé: الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة الطبيعة القانونية لميراث الجد مع الإخوة في قانون الأحوال الشخصية الأردني رقم (36/2010)، هادفة إلى التعرف على طبيعة ميراث الجد مع الإخوة، وحكم هذا الميراث وحالاته في قانون الأحوال الشخصية الأردني، حيث تم الوقوف على حقيقة ميراث الجد مع الإخوة في القانون وطبيعة ذلك وتكييفه، وكذلك حكم ميراثه مع الإخوة وحالات ذلك، وقد بين البحث كذلك أسباب اختلاف الفقهاء في توريث الجد مع الإخوة، حيث ظهر للباحث أن هناك عدة صور تطبيقية تتعلق بتوريث الجد مع الإخوة تفصيلات غيرها تناولها هذا البحث وفق رأي القانون. الكلمات المفتاحية: ميراث الجد، ميراث الإخوة مع الجد، الميراث، قانون الأحوال الشخصية، الطبيعة القانونية. Abstract: : the legal nature of the grandfather's inheritance with the brothers in the Jordanian Personal Status Law No. (36/2010), with the aim of identifying the nature of the grandfather's inheritance with the brothers, and the ruling of this inheritance and its cases in the Jordanian Personal Status Law, where the reality of the grandfather's inheritance was examined with the brothers. In the law, the nature of that and its adaptation, as well as the ruling on his inheritance with the brothers and the cases of that, the research has also shown the reasons for the difference of jurists regarding the succession of the grandfather with the brothers, as it appeared to the researcher that there are several applied images related to the inheritance of the grandfather with the brothers, other details that this research dealt with according to the opinion of the law.
