التشغيل وإشكالية البطالة في الجزائر(2010-2020): دراسة تحليلية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى إبراز أثر سياسات ‏التشغيل على امتصاص البطالة من خلال ‏تحليل واقع التشغيل والبطالة في الجزائر ‏باعتبارهما مؤشرين أساسيين للتنمية،وقد ‏توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من ‏الإستنتاجات،أهمها أنّ لسياسة التشغيل أثر ‏إيجابي على تقليص معدل البطالة في ‏الجزائر، وخلق مناصب الشغل للشباب، إذ ‏يمكن القول أنّ سياسة التشغيل المنتهجة ‏حققت أهدافها وأثبتت نجاعتها في تخفيض ‏معدلات البطالة.‏ The study aims to highlight the impact ‎of employment policies on the ‎absorption of unemployment by ‎analyzing the reality of employment and ‎unemployment in Algeria, as they are ‎two basic indicators of development. ‎The study reached a set of conclusions, ‎the most important of which is that the ‎employment policy has a positive effect ‎on reducing the unemployment rate in ‎Algeria and creating job opportunities. ‎For youth, as it can be said that the ‎employment policy adopted has ‎achieved its goals and has proven ‎successful in reducing unemployment ‎rates.‎
