العلماء والسلطة في الجزائر العثمانية ... دراسة تاريخية للتقارب والقطيعة

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة "العلماء والسلطة في الجزائر العثمانية ...دراسة تاريخة للتقارب والقطيعة"إلى توضيح العلاقة بين العلماء والسلطة بوجهيها سواء بالتقارب أو القطيعة، إذ أن الفترة العثمانية بطول امتدادها وتعاقب مراحلها في الجزائر عرفت مدا وجزرا على صعيد العلاقات بين الحكام والعلماء ورجال الدين . والباحث المتخصص يلاحظ ان الفترة الأكثر شمولية لتدهور العلاقات بين الطرفين قد تأكدت أواخر القرن الثامن عشر ميلادي وبداية التاسع عشر منه مع إستمرار مراحل متقطعة لعلاقات تبادل المصلحة بين العلماء والمرابطين وشيوخ الزوايا مع الحكام على الأقل في المناسبات الرسمية . إشتملت مظاهر التقارب منح المناصب والوساطة في الخصومات والمصاهرة والأعفاء من الضرائب ، بينما كانت العزل من المناصب ومصادرة الأملاك ، السجن والنفي ، والقتل أحيانا أهم مظاهر القطيعة. This study "scholars and the authority in Ottoman Algeria ... A historical study of convergence and disconnection" to clarify the relationship between scholars and the authority in both directions, whether by convergence or disconnection, as the Ottoman period along its length and successive stages in Algeria has known changes at the level of the relations between rulers, scholars and clerics. The specialized researcher notes that the most globalizing period of the deterioration of relations between the two parties was confirmed in the late eighteenth century AD and the beginning of the nineteenth century, with the continuation of intermittent stages of relations of exchange of interest between scholars, al-Moravids and the spiritual leaders of Zawaya with rulers at least on official occasions. Aspects of rapprochement included the granting of positions and mediation in conflicts, marriages and tax exemptions, while removal from office, confiscation of property, imprisonment and exile, and sometimes murder were the most important aspects of disconnection.
