واقع ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي في ولاية جيجل من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى بحث درجة انتشار ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي في بعض المدارس الابتدائية لولاية جيجل من وجهة نظر المعلمين ،تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و أداة دراسة متمثلة في استبيان مكون من أربعة محاور تعبر عن أشكال التنمر المدرسي وهي: التنمر الجسدي، التنمر اللفظي، التنمر الاشاري ،و التنمر الاجتماعي، وزع على عينة حددت بالطريقة عشوائية ؛ و تكونت من 385 معلم موزعون على 60 مدرسة ابتدائية . و جاءت نتائج درجة الانتشار مرتبة تنازليا كالآتي :مظاهر التنمر الاشاري في المرتبة الأولى ، ثم التنمر الجسدي ثم التنمر اللفظي بدرجة انتشار متوسطة، ثم التنمر الاجتماعي بدرجة انتشار ضعيفة ، ومنه تبين أن نتائج الدراسة تشير إلى انتشار السلوكيات الدالة على التنمر المدرسي بين التلاميذ بدرجة متوسطة في ولاية جيجل The study aimed to examinate the degree of school bullying prevalence in some primary schools in Jijel from teachers' point of view. The descriptive analytic method was been adopted and a study tool represented in a questionnaire consisting of four axes that express the school bullying forms, namely : physical bullying, verbal bullying, gestural bullying and social bullying, that were distributed to a randomly selected sample consisted of 385 teachers distributed over 60 primary schools. The results of the prevalence degree were ranked in descending order as follows : manifestations of gestural bullying in the first place, then physical bullying, then verbal bullying with a medium degree, and then social bullying with a low degree of spread. So the results of the current study indicate the prevalence of behaviors indicating school bullying . among students to a moderate degree in the state of Jijel
