التنمر اللفظي على ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة المدمجين في المدارس العادية

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلي إبراز مشكلة سلوكية عرفت انتشار واسع النطاق في الآونة الأخيرة بين أفراد المجتمع بصفة عامة وبين تلاميذنا في الوسط المدرسي بصفة خاصة والتي هي التنمر اللفظي، إذ أصبح يعاني منه المجتمع بكل شرائحه بما فيها ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أو ذوي الهمم الذين تم دمجهم في المدارس العادية من قبل اقرأنهم من التلاميذ العادين، وبذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بغية تعريج على هذه الظاهرة وتبيان أهم الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى ظهورها وتفاقمها بين التلاميذ وبناء على هذا التحليل، وما توصلنا إليه من نتائج، أن انتشار التنمر اللفظي لدى أفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في تنامي مستمر لعدة أسباب وعوامل أنجر عنه أثار على الضحية المتنمر وأسرته وبل حتى مجتمعه، الأمر الذي أدى إلى اشراك الجميع، الأفراد، والأسر، والجمعيات المدنية، والمدارس، والهيئات ذات العلاقة في أية إستراتيجية أو سياسة وقائية لتدخل المبكر خاص بالتنمر على ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. Abstract: The article aims to draw attention to verbal bullying, a behavioural issue that has recently become widespread among society's citizens in general and among our students in the school community in particular. All of society's segments, including those with special needs or strong wills who have been enrolled in public schools by being read to by regular students, suffer. Thus, the prescriptive curriculum has been used to raise awareness of this phenomenon and pinpoint the key causes of its emergence and escalation among students. Based on this analysis and our conclusions, verbal bullying of those with special needs is a problem that affects the victim, her family, and even society as a whole. As a result, any strategy or preventive policy of early intervention for bullying of those with special needs must involve all individuals and families, civil associations, schools, and relevant bodies
