وسطية الحوار ودورها في تحقيق الكفاءة والفاعلية في التعليم

Résumé: الملخص : الوسطية منهج متكامل وشامل، لا ينفصل بعضه عن بعض، فالإسلام هو الوسطية، وتظهر السمات العامة للوسطية، في الخيرية والاستقامة واليسر ورفع الحرج والعدل، وما التعصب الفكري الذي تعيشه الأمة الإسلامية اليوم، إلا بسبب الانحراف والغلو، والبعد عن الوسطية، وانتشار الجهل بالبعد عن أهل العلم، إضافة إلى غياب لغة الحوار مع الطرف الآخر، سواء بين الآباء والأبناء، أو بين الأساتذة والطلبة، مما يؤثر على تحقيق الكفاءة والفاعلية في التعليم. كلمات مفتاحية: الوسطية، الحوار، التعليم، الفاعلية، الكفاءة. Abstract: Moderation is an integrated and comprehensive approach, not separated from each other, Islam is moderation, and the general features of moderation appear in goodness, integrity, ease, lifting the embarrassment and justice, And the intellectual intolerance that the Islamic nation is experiencing today is only because of deviation and arrogance, distance from moderation, and the spread of ignorance in the distance from the scholars, in addition to the absence of the language of dialogue with the other party, whether between parents and children or between teachers and students, and this affects the efficiency and effectiveness of education.
