The Impact Of Social Transformations On University Student's Integrity أثر التحولات الاجتماعية على قيم النزاهة لدى الطالبة الجامعية

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى دراسة النزاهة – كقيمة دينية، أخلاقية واجتماعية– لدى الطالبة الجامعية في ظل التحولات الاجتماعية التي يعيشها المجتمع الجزائري و التي شملت مختلف البناءات والأنساق الاجتماعية كالأسرة ، التعليم ، القيم ،الثقافة...الخ. وقد كان لهذه التحولات المتمثلة في تغير النظام الأسري و الثقافة الفرعية المنتشرة في الوسط الجامعي و الصراع القيمي أثر واضح على مستوى قيم و سلوكيات الطالبة،الأمر الذي جعلها تتبنى قيم و سلوكيات جديدة لا تتوافق في بعض الأحيان مع قيم النزاهة. و بحكم أن السلوك الاجتماعي يتغير تبعا لتغير البيئة و المجتمع الذي ينتمي إليه الفرد،فأن السلوك الاجتماعي للطالبة الجامعية بما يحمله من قيم ما هو إلا انعكاس لما يسود المجتمع من تحولات اجتماعية وصراع بين القيم التقليدية و المستحدثة،الأمر الذي جعلها تلجأ إلى انتهاج ما يلبي احتياجاتها و يحقق مصلحتها. Abstract: Through this research, we aim to study the integrity - as a religious, moral and social value - of the university student in light of the social transformations experienced by Algerian society, which included various structures and social patterns such as family, education, values, culture... Etc. These transformations represented by the change in the family system, the subculture spread in the university environment and the value conflict had a clear impact on the level of values and behaviors of the student, which made her adopt new values and behaviors that sometimes do not correspond to the values of integrity. By virtue of the fact that social behavior changes according to the change of the environment and society to which the individual belongs, the social behavior of the university student, including its values, is only a reflection of what prevails in society of social transformations and conflict between traditional and new values, which made her resort to adopting what meets her needs and achieves her interest.
