Résumé: The polarization function is one of the core functions in human resources management, which is concerned with providing the most suitable candidates for vacant positions and providing competencies capable of creating a competitive advantage for the organization, enabling it to overcome its competitors and remain in the market, attracting them internally through promotion, transfer or internal advertising and being done externally through various external sources, the most important of which is advertising. This study aimed to know the role of the function of attracting human resources in achieving the competitive advantage in the Maghreb Ceramic Company for the manufacture of ceramics, where the human resource is the main component of the components of the institution, 'as it possesses financial, material and technological resources and does not possess the appropriate human resources efficiently and effectively, so it must be paid for. to failure. The company uses the sources of polarization to appoint the most appropriate employees and to know the impact of the criteria for attracting them to achieve a competitive advantage in the industrial sector. In this study, the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for collecting information and answering the problems and hypotheses of this study. We conclude from this study that Maghreb Ceramics for the manufacture of ceramics depends on external sources in polarization, and this is in order to achieve an innovative and creative competitive advantage to meet the needs of the customer.
