Résumé: This study aims to identify the role of strategic vigilance in crisis management at Algeria Telecom Ouargla, where the study was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (45) workers. Analysis of the data contained in the questionnaires by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version No. 25, based on arithmetic averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and progressive multiple regression analysis. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: There is a positive correlation with statistical significance between strategic vigilance. And crisis management, and this enhances the value of the correlation coefficient (216R = 0.) As for the explanatory power, it reached (R² = 0.047).
