Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الاستطلاعية إلى الوقوف عند واقع المنظومة الصحية من خلال الممارسة المهنية والتنظيمية للممرضة وكيفية تفاعلها وتواصلها والرهانات التي ترتكز عليها في علاقتها مع المريض ومختلف مكونات مجتمع المؤسسة. والتأكيد على أهمية الدور الاجتماعي الإنساني الذي تتطلع به الممرضة بالإضافة إلى دورها المهني التنظيمي باعتبار أن العلاقة مع الآخر تعد أحد العوامل المساعدة في تشكل هويتها المهنية. This exploratory study aims to standing at the reality of the health system through the professional and organizational practice of the nurse, how she interacts and communicates, and the stakes that are based on her relationship with the patient and the various components of the institution's society . And emphasizing the importance of the social and human role that the nurse aspires to play in addition to her organizational professional role, Considering that the relationship with the other is one of the factors helping to shaping her professional identity.
