Résumé: تعتبر البيئة المصرفية السليمة أهم تحديات الإصلاح المصرفي الناجح، وإزاء تنوع الخدمات واتساع رقعة العمليات المصرفية، مما يستوجب على البنك المركزي اعتماد المؤسسات المالية والمصرفية وفق المعايير السليمة، وأنظمة رقابة داخلية فعالة، وأنظمة للمحاسبة والمعلوماتية وأخرى لتقييم المخاطر ومتابعتها وتقوية الأنظمة الاحترازية، وقواعد محاسبية دقيقة حفاظا على سلامة البنوك، وفي هذا المجال تم وضع إطار يوفر المناخ الملائم للأمن والسلامة المصرفية في المجال الإداري، المحاسبي، والمالي.
