المؤسسة التشريعية وفق التعديل الدستوري 2020

Résumé: تعتبر المؤسسة التشريعية من أهم السلطات العامة في الدولة ، باعتبرها المعبرة عن ارادة الشعب والصانعة لقرارات البلاد ، ومرت هذه المؤسسة في ظل التعديلات الدستورية بالعديد من التعديلات سواء من الناحية البنيوية أو من ناحية المهام التشريعية كانت أو الرقابية على أعمال الحكومة بدأ بدستور 1963 ودستور 1976 والمعروفين بدساتير الاشتراكية وانتماء البرلمان للحزب الواحد، الى غاية دستور 1989 والذي تبنى التعددية الحزبية واصبح البرلمان يحتوي على العديد من الأحزاب المتنافسة الى أن جاء دستور 1996 وحمل في طياته العديد من التعديلات على مستوى السلطة التشريعية وتبنى نظام البيكاميرالية ، الى غاية دستور 2016 أخيرا التعديل الدستوري الحالي 2020 The legislative authority is considered one of the most important public authorities in the state, as it expresses the will of the people and makes the country’s decisions. In light of the constitutional amendments, this institution passed to many amendments, whether in terms of structural or in terms of legislative tasks or oversight of government actions starting with the 1963 constitution and the constitution 1976, known as the constitutions of socialism and the parliament’s affiliation with the one party, until the 1989 constitution, which adopted partisan pluralism and became parliament containing many competing parties until the 1996 constitution came and protected many amendments at the level of the legislature and the adoption of the bicameral system, to The goal of the 2016 constitution is finally the current constitutional amendment 2020
