الإشراف العلمي في البحوث الأكاديمية (العلاقة التكاملية بين المشرف والباحث)

Résumé: يرتكز إعداد المذكرات والرسائل الجامعية مثل بقية البحوث العلمية الأخرى على ركيزتين أساسيتين هما الباحث والمشرف، واللذان يلعبان دورا محوريا في الوصول بالبحث إلى نهايته، وفقا لمنهجية علمية مطلوبة، وتحقيقا للأهداف البحثية المتوخاة، سواء من الباحث، أو من مختلف المؤسسات البحثية ممثلة في الجامعات والمعاهد ومراكز البحث وهيئاته ومؤسساته العامة والخاصة، الوطنية والأجنبية، وهذا ما كان دافعا لنا لتناول موضوع العلاقة التكاملية بين المشرف والطالب من خلال الإحاطة بالباحث العلمي، خصائصه وصفاته من جهة، ثم المشرف ووظيفته وصفاته وكيفية اختياره من جهة أخرى لنخلص بواجبات الباحث تجاه المشرف ضمن هذه الورقة البحثية. The preparation of university theses and dissertations, like any other scientific research, is based on two main pillars, which are: the researcher and the supervisor. Both of them play a pivotal role in bringing the research to its end, according to a required scientific methodology, and to achieve the desired research goals, whether from the researcher, or from the various research institutions represented by universities, institutes, research centers, whether public or private, national or foreign. This is what motivated us to address the topic of the complementary relationship between the supervisor and the student by covering the scientific researcher’s characteristics and qualities on the one hand, and then the supervisor, his occupation, qualities and how to choose him, on the other hand, to conclude with the researcher's duties towards the supervisor in this research paper.
