التمكين الإداري وأثره على الرضا الوظيفي دراسة حالة مؤسسة حقن ونفخ البلاستيك بسطيف.

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أثر التمكين الإداري على الرضا الوظيفي، من خلال دراسة أثر أبعاده المتمثلة في كل من: الحرية والاستقلالية، الاتصال ومشاركة المعلومات، فرق العمل الذاتية، التأثير والتدريب، على الرضا الوظيفي في مؤسسة حقن ونفخ البلاستيك بسطيف، وذلك بالاعتماد على الاستمارة التي تضمنت 35 عبارة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات والتي تم توزيعها على 31 مستجوبا. خلصت الدراسة الميدانية إلى أنه: يتم تطبيق التمكين الإداري في مؤسسة حقن ونفخ البلاستيك بسطيف، وأن هذه المؤسسة تعمل على تحقيق الشعور بالقبول والرضا الوظيفي للعاملين، وأن التمكين الإداري يؤثر إيجابا على الرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسة ذاتها. This article aims to highlight the impact of administrative empowerment on job satisfaction, through studying the impact of its dimensions represented in: freedom and independence, communication and information sharing, self-work teams, influence and training, on job satisfaction at the plastic injection and blowing institution in Setif City, based on the questionnaire, which included 35 questions as a basic data collection tool, distributed to 31 respondents. The field study concluded that: The administrative empowerment is applied in the plastic injection and blowing institution, and that this institution is working to achieve a sense of acceptance and satisfaction of employees, and that administrative empowerment positively affects job satisfaction in the institution itself.
