دور المنظمة المتعلمة في تعزيز الانتماء التنظيمي
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور المنظمة المتعلمة في تعزيز الانتماء التنظيمي في مركز مكافحة السرطان الشهيد رزقي البشير بالوادي من وجهة نظر الموظفين بالمستشفى, واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستقرائي, وتطوير أداتين الأولى استبانة أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة (التفكير النظمي, والرؤية المشتركة والتعلم الجماعي) وتكونت من(15) فقرة والأداة الثانية الانتماء التنظيمي وتكونت من (12) وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة مقدارها (70) موظف, وقد أظهرت الدراسة إلى عدو وجود دور للمنظمة المتعلمة في تعزيز الانتماء التنظيمي في مركز مكافحة السرطان بالوادي.The current study aimed to study the curriculum, and the study was used in studying the descriptive, analytical and inductive approach, studying two tools, a questionnaire and a learned association (thinking in education, shared vision and collective learning) (15) paragraphs, and the second tool, the second, organizational affiliation, and came from (12). A study on a sample of (70) employees showed that the study was proven to a group of papers in 2009, and it played a related role in promoting organizational affiliation in the fight against cancer in the valley.
