Elaboration Et Caracterisation Des Couches Minces Par Spray Pyrolyse
Résumé: Zinc oxide is a direct gap semiconductor material (3.37 eV). Given their electronic properties, optical, piezoelectric ... the ZnO thin films are several applications such as: solar cells, gas sensors, piezoelectric sensors, waveguides ... etc. The ZnO thin films can be prepared by several techniques, we must mention: thermal evaporation, sputtering, sol gel, laser ablation ... etc. In this work, the zinc oxide thin films were deposited by spray pyrolysis technique on glass substrates from four different sources of zinc: zinc chloride, zinc acetate, zinc nitrate and zinc sulfate. At first we prepared the solutions for each source from their molar mass, then we deposited these in the same conditions (molar, temperature, time, flow and pressure) and at the end we studied the characterization of thin films obtained. The analysis by UV-Visible spectroscopy shows that the ZnO film of a source of chloride, acetate and nitrate is strong transparent in the visible against the film to a source of sulfate is the low transparent. From the curves we deduced the optical gaps Eg movies, the good result was obtained for the film where we used acetate source Eg = 3.7 eV
