الأبعاد المساهمة في بناء الثقة التنظيمية حسب آراء أساتذة قسم علم النفس جامعة قسنطينة-2-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الأبعاد التنظيمية المساهمة في بناء الثقة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة قسم علم النفس بجامعة قسنطينة-2-،من خلال تسليط الضوء على متغير الثقة التنظيمية بأبعاده، بحيث قامت الباحثتان ببناء استبيان طبق بأسلوب المسح الشامل على (44) أستاذا بقسم علم النفس،كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري عن طريق الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS25.0). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة مساهمة الأبعاد التنظيمية متوسطة في بناء الثقة التنظيمية حسب آراء أساتذة قسم علم نفس، بحيث جاء بعد الثقة بزملاء العمل بدرجة مساهمة مرتفعة، ثم بعدي الثقة برئيس القسم و الثقة في إدارة الجامعة بدرجة مساهمة متوسطة في بناء الثقة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة قسم علم النفس جامعة قسنطينة -2-. الكلمات المفتاحية: أبعاد، الثقة التنظيمية،الثقة في إدارة الجامعة، الثقة في رئيس القسم، الثقة في زملاء العمل. Abstract: This study aims to know the organizational dimensions that contribute to building organizational confidence among professors of psychology at the University of Constantine-2-, by using a questionnaire wich was applied in a comprehensive survey method on (44)professors in the Department of Psychology. The study also relied on the descriptive method, and used the statistical methods represented by the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 0.25). The study found that the degree of the contribution of the organizational dimensions is moderate in building organizational confidence according to the opinions of the professors of the Department of Psychology of the University of Constantine -2-.Keywords: dimensions; Organizational trust; Trust in the university administration; Trust in the department head; Trust in co-workers.
