Résumé: The aim of this study is to know the opinions of respondents in the Algerian Mobile Telecommunication company Mobilis- Biskra, and for that we used a form ula to collect data wich was distributed to (36) tire, spss programme was also used in this statistical analysis of the data, The study found many of the results highlighted by: There is a significant statistical impact of talents management with its dimension in competitive advantage in the company which is under study at level of significance (0,05), such (32.4%). The study also found many suggestions, among them: Maintain the level of talent management in the company and to pay more attention to the creativiy of the staff through the construction of special centers, as well as using of external centers helps to get outstanding talent. Key words : Talent management– Talent attraction-Talent development- Talent retention- Competitive adventage.
