النظام المالي لنشاط الأحزاب السياسية في الجزائر

Résumé: تعتبر الأحزاب السياسية من الأدوات الفعالة في تجسيد المثل العليا ‏للدولة، فهي المحرك للفكرة القانونية المنشطة للحياة السياسية، باعتبارها ‏مؤسسات سياسة تساهم في ضمان استمرارية دعائم الديمقراطية ‏بمختلف مظاهرها المكرّسة عبر مختلف دساتير الجزائر المتعاقبة ‏والقوانين العضوية المتعلقة بالأحزاب السياسية كالقانون العضوي ‏رقم ‏‏12- 04 المتعلّق بالأحزاب السياسية والقانون العضوي رقم 10- ‏‏16 المتعلق بتنظيم العملية الإنتخابية التي عالج فيها مصادر ‏التمويل ‏والقيود القانونية المتعلقة بها أو الرقابة والحملات الانتخابية ‏التي تعتبر الضامن الوحيد لمشروعية تمويل الأحزاب.‏ Political parties are considered one of the most effective tools in ‎the ‎embodiment of the ideals of the state, as they are the engine ‎of the ‎legal idea to revitalize political life, as political institutions ‎that ‎contribute to ensuring the continuity of the foundations of ‎democracy ‎in its various manifestations. ‎ The Algerian legislator enshrined them ‎in the various ‎successive constitutions of the organic laws related to ‎political ‎parties, such as Law No. 12- 04 And as Organic Law No. 10-‎‎16 ‎related to the organization of the electoral process, in which ‎it ‎dealt with the sources of funding and the legal restrictions ‎related to ‎it, or oversight and electoral campaigns, which are ‎considered the ‎only guarantor of the legitimacy of party ‎financing.‎
