حتمية تطوير الخدمات المصرفية لتحسين وزيادة تنافسية القطاع المصرفي الجزائري في ظل مساعي الإنضمام لمنظمة التجارة العالمية

Résumé: الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وأهمية الخدمات المصرفية في تعزيز تنافسية القطاع المصرفي الجزائري باعتبار الجزائر تسعى إلى الإنضمام لمنظمة التجارة العالمية وتعمل على مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجيا في النشاط المصرفي المنتشرة عالميا نتيجة للعولمة والتحرير المصرفي، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى ماهية الخدمات المصرفية وكذا تقييم تنافسية القطاع المصرفي الجزائري محليا ودوليا وأخيرا متطلبات تطوير الخدمات المصرفية لزيادة تنافسية البنوك الجزائرية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تنافسية القطاع المصرفي الجزائري بعيدة عن ما هو مطلوب وعلى المنظومة مضاعفة المجهودات وتبني متطلبات جديدة لتطوير الخدمات المصرفية وخلق ميزة تنافسية Abstract : This study aims to highlight the role and importance of banking services in reinforcing the competitiveness of the Algerian banking sector, as Algeria seeks to join the world trade organization and works to keep pace with technological developments in banking activity spread globally as a result of globalization and banking liberalization, by addressing banking services concepts as well as assessing the competitiveness of the sector Algerian banking locally and internationally, and finally the requirements for developing banking services to increase the competitiveness of Algerian banks. The study concluded that Algerian banking sector competitiveness is far from what is required, and the system should spend more efforts and adopt new requirements to develop banking services in order to create a competitive advantage.
