Résumé: إن مبدأ السرية المصرفية معمول به في أغلب دول العالم ،فلا يمكن إعطاء معلومات عن الحسابات الخاصة بعميل مصرفي ما ،إلا بعد الحصول علي موافقته الصريحة ،و مخالفة قواعد السرية المصرفية تعرض المصرف للمسؤولية المدنية والجزائية ،فإذ اكانت السرية المصرفية تهدف إلي حماية العميل وطمأنته ،في تأمين حرية حركة الأموال وتحويلاتها ،لكن قد تزول هذه الحماية وهذا الإلتزام في مواجهة مستلزمات المصلحة العامة لدى مكافحة تبييض الأموال.The principle of banking secrecy is in force in most countries of the world. It is not possible to give information about the accounts of a client but without having obtained his express consent and violates the rules of banking secrecy. The bank is exposed to civil and criminal liability. If bank secrecy is to protect and reassure the client, by guaranteeing the free movement of funds and transfers, but this protection can disappear in the face of this commitment of general interest in the fight against money laundering.
