أنواع علوم الحديث للإمام السنوسي من خلال كتابه مقدمة موطأ مالك دراسة تحليلية مقارنة

Résumé: "ملخص البحث: لقد ظهر لعلماء الأمة عناية بالغة بالوحي، بنوعيه ، فلا زال دفاعهم عن السنة النبوية مستمرا، لعلمهم بمكانتها وأهميتها، فهم لأعدائها ـ مهما زيفت أيديهم وحرفت ـ بالمرصاد مبينين عوارهم، وتحريفاتهم، كل ذلك بفضل تلك الضوابط المبثوثة في كتب علم الحديث، ولعلماء الجزائر جهد واضح في ذلك،ولذا اخترنا منهم في هذا البحث الإمام السنوسي ــــ رحمه الله ــــ فقد تكلم على بعض أنواع علوم الحديث في كتابه مقدمة موطأ الإمام مالك ــــ رحمه الله ــــ فأردنا أن نعرف ما مدى سعة علمه، واجتهاده في هذه الأنواع التي ذكرها، في أوراق هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان:"" أنواع علوم الحديث للإمام السنوسي من خلال كتابه مقدّمة موطأ الإمام مالك دراسة تحليلية مقارنة"". ولقد جاءت الدراسة في مبحث تمهيدي ومبحثين علميين، أما المبحث التمهيدي تناولنا فيه التعريف بأنواع علوم الحديث، والتعريف بالإمام السنوسي، وبكتابه المقدمة، أما المبحث العلمي الأول: فتكلمنا فيه على النوع الأول إلى النوع التاسع، وأمَّا المبحث العلمي الثاني فكلامنا فيه من النوع العاشر إلى النوع التاسع عشر. ومن أهم من توصلنا إليه من نتائج في هذا البحث، ظهور اجتهاده في هذه الأنواع فلا تجده يقتصر النقل من كتاب واحد بل من كتب مختلفة مما يدل على سعة اطلاعه بكتب مصطلح الحديث كما أن غالب نقله للتعاريف كان بالمعنى، وأحيانا تراه يجمع بين تعريفين، أو يضيف تعديلا على تعريف غيره. والذي نرجوه من إخواننا الباحثين، التوسع في دراسة هذا الكتاب وكتب الإمام الأخرى التي جاء فيها بعض المسائل المتعلقة بعلم الحديث. The scholars of the nation have shown great care for revelation, in both its forms. Their defense of the Sunnah continues because they understand its significance and importance. They stand as a watchdog against its adversaries, no matter how much they distort or manipulate, clearly exposing their flaws and alterations. All of this is thanks to the guidelines disseminated in the books of hadith science. The scholars of Algeria have made notable efforts in this regard, and for this reason, we have chosen Imam al-Sanusi—may Allah have mercy on him—for this research. He discussed some types of hadith sciences in his book, ""Introduction to the Muwatta of Imam Malik""—may Allah have mercy on him. We aimed to understand the extent of his knowledge and diligence in these types mentioned within the framework of this study, titled: ""Types of Hadith Sciences according to Imam al-Sanusi through his book, ‘Introduction to the Muwatta of Imam Malik’: An Analytical Comparative Study."" The study comprises a preliminary section and two scientific sections. In the preliminary section, we introduced the types of hadith sciences and provided an introduction to Imam al-Sanusi and his book. In the first scientific section, we discussed types one to nine, while in the second scientific section, we addressed types ten to nineteen. One of the most significant findings of this research is that his diligence in these types is evident; he does not limit himself to referencing a single book but rather draws from various texts, indicating his extensive knowledge of hadith terminology. Additionally, most of his definitions are conveyed in meaning, and at times, he combines two definitions or makes modifications to others' definitions. What we hope from our fellow researchers is to expand the study of this book and other works of the Imam that contain issues related to hadith science "
