أثر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للعلامة دراسة حالة علامة Ooredoo

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة أثر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للعلامة، حيث تم التركيز صفحات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها في جذب وترسيخ مكونات الصورة الذهنية للعلامة لدى العملاء. وقد تحددت الدراسة بمتغير مستقل تمثل في )شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي( ومتغير تابع تمثل في (الصورة الذهنية للعلامة( بأبعاده الثلاثة المتمثلة في (الشخصية، السمعة والقيم)، حيث تم الاعتماد على دراسة تطبيقية لفهم طبيعة التأثير بين متغيرات الدراسة. أين تم تصميم استبانة لغرض دراسة مشكلة البحث وتم توزيعها الكترونيا عبر صفحة مؤسسة ooredoo على شبكة Facebook وشمل التوزيع عينة من المنتمين للصفحة. Abstract : We Try through this paper to examine the impact of social networking to improve the mental image of the labels, The focus was based on the impact of social networking pages and its role in attracting customers and consolidating the mental image of the labels . in this study the independent variable was the “social networks”, and the dependent variable was the “mental image of the label “ and his dimensions (personality, reputation and values of the label), we tried to establish an applied study to understand the nature of the impact between the variables, Where questionnaire was designed for the purpose of examining the problematic, and was distributed electronically via the page of “ooredoo” corporation on Facebook, the distribution included the samples belonging to the page.
