دور أساليب التحري الخاصة في مكافحة جرائم الفساد

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة موضوع أساليب التحري الخاصة، التي إستحدثها المشرع الجزائري لمكافحة جرائم الفساد، وأقرها بموجب القانون رقم 06-01، نظرا لثبوت عدم جدوى الأساليب التقليدية للكشف عن جرائم الفساد، التي إنتشرت بشكل خطير وأضحت تهدد الإستقرار الإجتماعي والسياسي للدول بما فيها الجزائر لمساسها بقطاعها الإقتصادي الحساس، من ثم تدخل التشريع الجزائي ووضع أليات جديدة خاصة بالتحري عن جرائم الفساد. This research paper aims to study the subject of special investigative methods which were developed by the Algerian legislator to combat corruption crimes ,and approved by law No:06-01Relating to the amended and supplemented Anti-Corruption Prevention and Control law and it has become a threat to the social and political stability of countries. Including Algeria. By affecting its economic sector then the penal legislation intervened and new mechanisms were set for the investigation of corruption crimes.
