تفضيلات الصكوك الخضراء في الاستثمارات البيئية: حزم تحفيزية لبعض التجارب الدولية

Résumé: تهدف هده الدراسة إلى تبيان أهمية الصكوك الخضراء ودورها كمنتج جديد في السوق المالية الإسلامية، من خلال عرضنا لبعض الشواهد الدولية التي يمكن الاقتداء بها في مجال الاستثمار الاجتماعي والاستراتيجيات المستدامة. خلصت نتائج الدراسة على أن الصكوك الخضراء خطت خطوات كبيرة واكتسبت زخمًا في العديد من الأسواق خاصة في جنوب شرق آسيا ودول مجلس التعاون، وأثرت بشكل ايجابي على أصحاب المصلحة غير أنها لا تزال تواجه بعض التحديات ولا يزال هناك مجال لمضاعفة المجهودات من أجل تحسين وتأطير نشاطها وهذا من شانه أن يكون الاختيار الأنجح والملائم للتنمية الاستثمارات البيئية. Abstract: The aim of this study is to demonstrate the importance of green Sukuk and their role as a new product in the Islamic financial market, by presenting some international evidence that can be emulated in the field of social investment and sustainable strategies. The results of the study show that green Sukuk has taken significant steps and gained momentum in many markets, especially in Southeast Asia and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and has had a positive impact on stakeholders. However, there are still some challenges and there is still room for doubling efforts to improve and frame its activity, which would make it the most successful and appropriate choice for environmental investment development .
