Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مشكلة التنمر المدرسي وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى من التعليم المتوسط، وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 136 تلميذ وتلميذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التنمر لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى متوسط منخفض في حين لديهم مرتفعة دافعية للإنجاز، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة عكسية بين التنمر المدرسي ودافعية الإنجاز، إضافة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى التنمر تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، بينما لم تظهر أي فروق في المتوسطات الحسابية لدافعية الانجاز تبعا لمتغير الجنس. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمر المدرسي، دافعية الإنجاز، تلميذ المرحلة المتوسطة Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the problem of school bullying and its relationship to achievement motivation among students of the first year of intermediate education. The results of the study showed that the level of bullying among first-year students is a low average, while they have a high achievement motivation. The results of the study also showed an inverse relationship between school bullying and achievement motivation, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of bullying attributed to the gender variable, while no Differences in the arithmetic averages of achievement motivation according to the gender variable.
