أثــر جـودة الحـياة الوظيفـية على الأداء الوظيفـي "دراسة ميدانية للعاملين بالسلك الطبي وشبه الطبي بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بولاية ورقلة"

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر العاملين بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، إذ تمكنا من جمع 75 إستبيان صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، حيث قمنا بتحليل هذه البيانات عن طريق إستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (Spss) نسخة 26 بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الإساليب الإحصائية. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن جودة الحياة الوظيفية سائدة بدرجة متوسطة ولها أثر إيجابي على الأداء الوظيفي، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصور أفراد عينة الدراسة حول جودة الحياة الوظيفية والأداء الوظيفي، تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية The study aims to identify the effect of job quality on job performance from the point of view of the employees of Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, as we were able to collect 75 questionnaires suitable for statistical analysis, where we analyzed these data through Using the statistical analysis program (Spss) version 26 in addition to a set of statistical methods. The study concluded that the quality of job life prevails in a moderate degree and has a positive effect on job performance, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences in the perception of the study sample members about the quality of job life and job per-formance, attributable to the personal and functional variables (gender, age, family status) (Career, professional experience).
