مشاركة الزوجة العاملة في النفقة

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة موضوع النفقة، من خلال تبيان أن أصل المسؤولية فيها يقع على عاتق الزوج، وأنها من الحقوق المالية للزوجة، عاملة كانت أو غير عاملة في مقابل الزوجية، فلا تسقط إلا برضاها أو بإنحلال الرابطة الزوجية. كما ثمّ تسليط الضوء على مساهمة الزوجة في الإنفاق من مالها الخاص استحبابا منها، دون إلزامها من الزوج بالإنفاق، بطبيعة الحال طالما كان موافقا وراضيا عن عملها، وقد تضمن القانون حالات إشتراط العمل في العقد. Abstract : The study dealt with the issue of alimony, by showing that the origin of responsibility in it lies with the husband, and that it is one of the financial rights of the wife, whether she is working or not working in return for the marriage, and it does not fall except with her consent or the dissolution of the marital bond. It also shed light on the wife's contribution to spending from her own money as desired by her, without obligating her from the husband to spend, of course, as long as he agrees and is satisfied with her work, and the law includes cases of stipulating work in the contract.
