الإطار التشريعي للعدالة الانتقالية في تونس ما بعد الثورة

Résumé: Abstract : The paper aims to clarify the concept of transitional justice and what distinguishes it from the traditional justice, as well as the explanation of the most important historical stations to its development, and most accredited international mechanisms, then address the historical context in which the transitional justice emerged in the post-revolution Tunisia. Finally to explain the most important legislation on transitional justice in Tunisia special transitional justice law. تهدف الورقة إلى توضيح مفهوم العدالة الانتقالية وما يميزها عن العدالة التقليدية، وكذا شرح أهم المحطات التاريخية لتطورها، وأهم الآليات الدولية المعتمدة، ثم التطرق إلى السياق التاريخي التي ظهرت فيه العدالة الانتقالية في تونس ما بعد الثورة، وأخيرا شرح أهم تشريع خاص بالعدالة الانتقالية في تونس خاصة قانون العدالة الانتقالية.
